Exchange and Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products received, get in touch within 30 days of receiving the item and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.

If our quality assurance team validates your claim and verifies that there was an issue with printing error or damage, we will be happy to send a replacement.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We'd much rather fix any quality issues and send a replacement to make sure our customers are happy with their orders. 

If that's not possible or you can't wait for the replacement to arrive, please indicate that when you reach out to us and we'll give you a refund minus the shipping cost and a 50% restocking fee. 

We currently do not support fully-refunded returns because the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
